I need to tell you all about my trip to Berlin in late Sept., early October 2018! It was my first time visiting Berlin (Germany) and I had an absolutely great experience, made new friends, performed at 3 totally different venues in one week: 1) a salon concert series in a private home, 2) at the Van Gogh Piano Bar (lol) and also at.... guess where? 3) The Berlin Philharmonie!!! Performing at the Berlin Philharmonie was a childhood dream of mine that came true on October 3rd, 2018! Growing up I was listening to many many radio stations in Bulgaria broadcasting live performances from this legendary venue and having the opportunity to be there and perform is certainly very special to me! The concert was organized and presented by the Enlightened Piano Radio Awards where I was a special guest artist from New York at the awards ceremony. Here are beautiful photos from the event taken by the talented Berlin based photographer Alexander Baumbach: Here is also a YouTube link with highlights from the Award Ceremony, I appear at 3:10, check it out and also on the video you can see my dress way better ;) Here are some more photos from October 2nd, 2018 at the Van Gogh Piano Bar, lol what I was doing the night before my Berlin Philharmonic debut - having fun with friends and playing at the bar :D On September 30th, 2018 I performed at Hauskonzert Berlin - an intimate salon concert series in Berlin where I did a full solo recital. I had two grand pianos on site so I decided to play on both of them, that's why here in the pictures you will see me play on different sides of the stage :) I loved how I was surrounded by art works! When you click, go to Konzerte, then click on 2018, then go to September and you will see me there :) Before and between the concert, I also had a chance to visit the Steinway Gallery in Berlin as well as Bechstein's headquarters (also in Berlin). I had the opportunity to play on amazing world class instruments D concert size grand pianos! Dear friends, I haven't written a blog since September! I have been so busy but there are a lot of great news I need to share with you before it gets even busier. On September 27th, 2018 Billboard Top 10 debut album Rhythmic Movement won the Indie Music Hall of Fame Outstanding Achievement Award! This is the 15th international music award for the album, so honored!  Taking part in the making of a movie about classical music :) So this happened! :) It was last minute, totally out of the blue, totally unexpected and the only day I happened to be available was the day - this past Monday August 27th, 2018 :) !!! So... it was meant to be:  with Isabel Leonard as Maria Callas after taking a short part at the film as Julliard opera student (I already changed into Tania dress here, but see photos of my 70s clothes below) :) My 70s Julliard opera student look :D I kind of look opera on this one lol this is an ipod pic, taken during a break during the film shooting (no filters, no edits)  The master class film scene took place at the Engelman Recital Hall on Lexington Avenue in New York, NY. Making my Berlin Philharmonie Debut on October 3rd, 2018! I am beyond excited to perform as a soloist on this epic and legendary stage - The Berlin Philharmonie on October 3rd, 2018 at the 2018 Enlightened Piano Radio Awards Ceremony!
